THE POVERTY IS A DEPRIVATION OF ADEQUATION BASIC NEEDS SUCH US FOOD, SCHELTER, CLOTHING ETC. IT IS BASED ON THE ABSOLUTE AND RELATIVE WAYS. THERE FORE, IT IS NOT THE FAULT OF THE POOR TO BE POOR.
 
SO IN ORDER TO REGULATE THAT ISSUE IN OUR DEFFERENT SOCIATIES, WE NEED A PREFERENTIAL OPTION FOR THE POOR THAT IS A CONSCIOUS CHOICE TOWARDS THEM.WHEREFORE TWO KEY WORDS ARE IMPORTANTS HENCE, THAT ARE SOLIDARITY AND EMPOWERMENT. SOLIDARITY IN FACT OF CHARING THEIR LIVES, REALITIES FROM THEIR OWN POINT OF VIEW AND KNOWING THEIR BASIC NEEDS. EMPOWERMENT IS UNDERSTOOD US A RECOGNITION AND A PROMOTION OF THE FACT THAT THE MARGINALIZED POORS THEMESELVES ARE AGENTS OF THEIR OWN LIBERATION, STATEHOOD. IT OFFERS PLATEFORM, STRUCTURE AND CAPACITY TO THE POORS.
